Buckboard

The Buckboard is a distinctively American made vehicle, brought from the homesteads of Adirondack farmers and other eastern mountain regions. The Buckboard moved west with the pioneers to become a pleasure carriage in many parts of the U.S. The original vehicles were described as merely a seat attached to a springboard. Later years front and rear springs were added for more comfort. Here at Werner Wagon Works both styles of buckboard are available, also with added options.
